 Harry Styles has made a 21-year-old fan's day after tweeting her on her birthday.

He wrote: "Hi, @alicecousins92 I heard its your birthday. I hope you have a really lovely day.. Have funnnn .xx"

Alice Cousins, a drama student in Exeter, has become the envy of all the other Directioners, and even tweeted Harry "You're going to kill me here!" after receiving some interesting messages from his dedicated younger fans.

But first of all she said: "@Harry_Styles you've literally made my birthday day; shaking like a leaf! Thank you so much @chloeburcham you're a star! Xxx"

Taylor Swift is said to be seeking comfort from her ex-boyfriend Conor Kennedy after her break up from One Directioner Harry Styles.

In an interview with The Sunday Times Magazine about how she felt performing the single at last month's Brit Awards :

“Well, it’s not hard to access that emotion when the person the song is directed at is standing by the side of the stage watching,” Swift replied.

 

“You’re balancing the analytical side of your brain, which is telling you where to go and how to go there, with the other side of your brain, which is saying ‘Feel everything you’re singing, and show it on your face. Feel everything exactly as you felt it when you wrote the song.’”

Huge Butterfly Ink on Harry Style's body

The One Direction star Harry Styles has unveiled his latest tattoo - 'a huge butterfly' which takes his total number of tattoos to around 30.

While the popular tattoo artist Liam Sparkes posted a new picture on Flickr recently that seemingly shows the 'Live While We're Young' singer with a big butterfly design inked into the centre of his stomach.

Harry is well known to have developed a penchant for body ink over the past year or two, with an estimated 30 designs of various shapes and sizes across his body already.

On Saturday the band put out the call for imagery of fans' tattoos on its official Twitter feed, which has more than 10 million followers, and to its 13 million Facebook friends.

Louis Tomlinson Forgots The Lyrics to 'Teenage Dirtbag'

One Direction's Louis Tomlinson forgot the lyrics to 'Teenage Dirtbag' live on stage last week during their world tour set in Cardiff and it was captured on camera.


The boy band were covering the 2000 Wheatus hit which they have already performed several times during their UK and Ireland tour, so you would think Louis should know the words by now.

However, as the band took it in turns to sing different parts of the track, Tomlinson stands on the spot before admitting he can't remember the lyrics.

He says: "Okay, I've just forgotten the lyrics. I'm not even going to pretend I know them!"

After completely missing his section of the song, the other band members see the funny side before getting in a line to finish the rest of the song together.

Luckily, the rows of screaming girls didn't seem to mind too much about the missing lyrics either as they can be heard laughing and shouting support during the clip.


Wheatus later tweeted Louis Tomlinson directly, to say that they had forgotten the lyrics to 'Teenage Dirtbag' many more times, writing to the boyband star: "it's ok man...I've screwed those lyrics up more times than you have...like, a lot more."

Liam Payne wants his fans to know the only direction he's going is with his bandmates by his side. The One Direction heartthrob took to Twitter over the weekend the clear the air regarding rumors that he was planning on leaving the group.

According to The Daily Star, Liam said, "I can't stand being away from Danielle. If it's between the band and her, I'll choose her."

If quitting the band because of that seems far-fetched, get a load of what else the tab reported, as a source noted, "Liam feels he doesn't get the same status and respect as the big stars like Harry and Niall," noting he "sometimes even questions why he's in the band at all."Yeah, that doesn't seem right at all.

But, 1D fans should breathe a sigh of relief, because Payne's not going anywhere. "Thought I'd let you know this latest story is bulls---. I love you guys so much," he tweeted Sunday. "I love this band. they're my best mates. I ain't goin [no] werrr."

"One Direction are currently on their Take Me Home tour, which has stops planned for all around the world before they come to the States in June. Their 3-D movie opens this August and they are already reportedly working on new music for a still unknown project.

BRIT Award's shows pride of British Music.

British music put on a brash, confident show at the Brit Awards on Wednesday,

Winners ranged from established acts such as Coldplay and Adele to world-conquering boy band One Direction, who won in the new Global Success category.

One Direction's Louis Tomlinson called the prize "absolutely mind-blowing."

Surfing English folk singer Ben Howard and chanteuse Emeli Sande each won two awards.

Harry Styles has praised ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift's performance at The Brit Awards 2013 last night.

Swift wowed crowds at the ceremony with her awesome performance of 'I Knew You Were Trouble', ripping off her angelic white frock to reveal a sexy black playsuit with lace detail and knee-high boots.

Styles, 19, was also on hand for the big show with his One Direction bandmates, and was seen smiling in the audience during his former girlfriend's performance. Afterward, Styles had nothing but plaudits for his Swift's hot makeover. "Great!" Styles told Us Weekly of the performance during the Sony and Belvedere after party at the Art's Club on Dover Street. "She always puts on a good show."
